  • 1 (8-oz) package of full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Favorite pizza toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, black pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese using a handheld mixer until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the cooled crust, top with mozzarella and other toppings of choice, then sprinkle with additional garlic powder.
  5. Bake again for another 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
