- 1 (8-oz) package of full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Favorite pizza toppings
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, black pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese using a handheld mixer until smooth.
- Spread the mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes.
- Spread pizza sauce over the cooled crust, top with mozzarella and other toppings of choice, then sprinkle with additional garlic powder.
- Bake again for another 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
