  • 1 loaf Brioche or Challah bread
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
