  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • Granulated sugar, for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine butter, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir constantly until thickened.
  2. Once thickened and releasing from the sides of the pan, pour onto a greased baking sheet and spread evenly.
  3. Refrigerate for about two hours until firm.
  4. Roll chilled mixture into small balls using buttered hands.
  5. Coat each ball in granulated sugar or crushed graham crackers.
  6. Optionally top with chocolate chips and create ridges with a toothpick for decoration.
