  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar. Mix until smooth.
  2. Lay out cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheese in the center.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the cheese bed and cover it completely with the remaining shredded cheese.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap to form a ball shape and secure with rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  6. Once chilled, remove wraps and place a bell pepper stem on top before serving.
