Ingredients

  • Easy pizza dough (or store-bought)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh parsley
  • Garlic
  • Lemon zest
  • Lemon juice
  • Fine salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, water, chopped parsley, grated garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a herb mixture.
  4. Brush the herb mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  5. Scatter pieces of fresh mozzarella and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
