  • 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 2 lbs cooked boneless skinless chicken (cubed or shredded)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)
