  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 300g baby plum or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 200g asparagus, sliced
  • 2 cups orzo pasta (uncooked)
  • 100g baby spinach, chopped
  • Fresh basil and chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese

Instructions
