  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 2 cups cabbage, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (halal-friendly)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive or coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté diced chicken for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
