  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ketchup, and mustard; cook for 2–3 minutes until well combined.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center and seal by pinching edges together.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and Parmesan; brush on baked bombs immediately.
  7. Serve warm with preferred dipping sauces.
