  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large sauté pan over medium heat; drain excess grease.
  2. Add olive oil, chopped onion, minced garlic, and spices; sauté until onions are translucent.
