  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season cubed chicken with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until golden.
  2. Boil salted water; add pasta and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain well.
  3. Hollow out Kaiser rolls by slicing off the tops and removing some bread from the center.
  4. Brush insides of rolls with melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning; toast at 375°F for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Combine cooked chicken and drained pasta with Alfredo sauce in a bowl.
  6. Fill toasted rolls with the mixture, top with shredded parmesan cheese, and bake again at 375°F for 4-5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
