  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic for about 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent.
