  • ⅔ cup ice water (cold)
  • 1½ cups apple butter
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust by cutting cold butter into cubes and combining it with flour and salt in a food processor until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until the dough holds together.
  2. Chill the dough for 1-2 hours, then roll it out and fit it into a pie dish.
